Return and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases of Phytocorex and related products from Glexironwhroxxen through https://glexironwhroxxen.ddd. It complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Consumer rights under mandatory Norwegian and EU law prevail if any sentence below appears stricter or narrower than the law allows.

2. Right of withdrawal for distance contracts

If you qualify as a consumer under Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed into Norwegian law, you may cancel a distance contract within fourteen calendar days after the day you acquire physical possession of the goods without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires after fourteen days. To meet the deadline, send your communication before midnight on the final day.

To exercise withdrawal, send an unequivocal statement to help@glexironwhroxxen.world or use the contact form on the Site. We will email an acknowledgement without undue delay. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this Policy but it is not mandatory.

3. Exceptions for hygiene-sensitive sealed goods

Food supplements supplied in sealed packaging suitable for health or hygiene protection may lose the withdrawal right once unsealed after delivery if national law recognises that exception. If you open sealed Phytocorex bottles solely to inspect contents in a way that destroys seal integrity, withdrawal may be unavailable. If seals remain intact and the product is unused, withdrawal generally remains available within the statutory period.

4. Return shipment and costs

Unless we offered to collect goods ourselves, send returns promptly and within fourteen days from your withdrawal notice. You bear direct return costs when the law permits passing those costs to withdrawing consumers, except where we failed to disclose that cost before contract. Use tracked shipping and retain proof of posting. Address returns only to the warehouse address printed on your return authorisation email to prevent loss.

5. Refund timing and method

After we receive and inspect returned goods, we issue refunds using the same payment instrument you used unless you expressly agree otherwise. Refunds include the cheapest standard delivery cost you paid at purchase when the entire order is withdrawn. We may withhold reimbursement until goods arrive or until you supply evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are processed without undue delay and within fourteen days from the day we receive your decision to withdraw, subject to inspection outcomes.

6. Diminished value

You are liable for diminished value only if handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning caused the loss. Opened or partially consumed supplements may fall under diminished value rules when withdrawal remains legally available.

7. Defective or non-conforming goods

Separate from withdrawal, consumers may claim remedies for lack of conformity under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act. Notify us within reasonable time after you discover a defect. Provide photographs of batch codes, seals, and damage. We may offer replacement, repair where feasible, price reduction, or contract rescission following statutory sequences. Traders should refer to the Sale of Goods Act for commercial purchases.

8. Incorrect or damaged deliveries

If carriers damage outer packaging, note the issue with the courier when possible and contact us within forty-eight hours with photos. We coordinate claims against carriers but reserve the right to ship replacements while pursuing carrier compensation internally.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute without first contacting us may delay investigation. We cooperate with banks and card schemes and provide evidence of delivery or your consent as appropriate.

10. Business purchasers

Traders purchasing for resale or internal use are subject to contractual return windows agreed in writing. Absent special terms, returns for convenience are discretionary and may attract restocking fees disclosed in advance.

11. Environmental handling

Dispose of supplement containers according to local recycling rules. Do not flush unused capsules; follow pharmaceutical and municipal waste guidance for unused food supplements in your municipality.

13. Model withdrawal form

14. Partial returns and bundles

If you purchased a bundle at a reduced price, withdrawal may require returning all bundle components to obtain a full refund unless we agree otherwise. Partial refunds are calculated pro rata using documented standalone prices.

15. Hygiene inspection upon return

Returned food supplements undergo visual seal inspection. Items with broken seals, missing batch codes, or evidence of tampering may be rejected for restocking and handled under safety protocols.

16. Statutory warranty timeline reminders

Norwegian consumers may assert conformity claims within limitations periods defined in the Consumer Purchase Act. Preserve your proof of purchase and batch information to simplify assessment.

17. Prepaid return labels

Where we provide a prepaid label because the law shifts costs to us, use that label within the validity window printed on it. Alternative carriers without our agreement may forfeit cost reimbursement unless prior approval is documented.

18. Refusal of abusive return patterns

Repeated returns suggesting fraud, empty-box claims, or policy abuse may lead to account review and refusal of further discretionary goodwill returns while statutory rights remain unaffected.
